Shahi of Gabhirar Estate (IAS Officer and would go onto become Commissioner of Patna). He is the maternal uncle of Kumar Kameshwari Nandan Singh of Sheohar Raj. The paternal uncle of Kumar Kameshwari Nandan Singh is Rajkumar Ratneshwari Nandan Singh - to the left of Kashi Naresh.
Kumar Kameshwari Nandan Singh is wearing a silk dress as the sacred "thread" ceremony - "janew" was performed on him. Kumar Kameshwari Nandan Singh would go onto become a senior advocate of Patna High Court as well as represented Bihar Government as Standing Counsel in Legal cases.
